IN 2010 Architect Artur Sousa founds DIMSCALE®
The aim was to build a company with differentiated services,

which we saw were tangling with our customers expenditures.
Having then already two decades of experience in Quantity Surveying,
Project Management and deep Construction Solutions,
Artur decides to widen his technical expertise by taking a Master`s in
Architecture plus an Expertise in Financial Management and Cost Engineering.
Soon after, the pioneer concept Architecture Cost Management® is born.

To talk about Architecture and Construction without ever mentioning cost overruns is basically mission impossible ! In fact, the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray and the dynamics of Architecture and Construction are extremely complex and often present uncontrollable challenges! Over the years Project Management Consultants have been integrating Cost Management into their services to fill this market flaw with a proper solution.
